Derivation means we use math and a combination of AMM LP positions and money market borrows to create any payoff you want. Up, down, sideways, anything you want. We call these payoffs Structured Payoffs.

By deriving, we completely remove the need for predatory direct underwriters which have plagued previous structured product vaults. For example, an Itos synthetic option does not have a direct option seller.
